Ondréa L. Burton, the visionary Founder and CEO of Always You, is redefining opportunities for individuals with disabilities and their families. Inspired by her journey as a mother navigating the complexities of disability services for her daughter, she is creating a future where every individual has the opportunity to thrive, achieve economic mobility, and build a lasting legacy.
With a distinguished career in the government sector shaping policy and advocacy, Ondréa gained an intimate understanding of how systems can be reimagined to drive lasting transformation. She channeled this expertise into founding Always You, a pioneering organization delivering innovative, technology-driven care and holistic programming that empowers independence, cultivates resilience, and advances true integration.
At the core of Always You’s mission stands the Pillars of Excellence—a groundbreaking framework designed to empower individuals in forging lives of purpose, independence, and achievement. Through career readiness, community integration, wellness, and self-expression, participants gain the tools to cultivate a future rich in opportunity and fulfillment. Rooted in evidence-based practices and enhanced by cutting-edge technology, the Pillars ignite potential, refine essential life skills, and instill the confidence to pursue limitless growth.
Ondréa’s unwavering dedication extends beyond participants—it embraces the families who walk this journey alongside them. The Caregiver Academy serves as a lifeline, offering comprehensive training, restorative wellness retreats, and essential resources that strengthen resilience and restore balance. Always You understands that when caregivers are supported, families flourish, communities thrive, and legacies are built.
Ondréa is also the founding president of the Organization of Women in International Trade (OWIT) Pittsburgh Chapter, leveraging this platform to expand global engagement and opportunity. Through this initiative, Always You creates pathways for participants and members to cultivate meaningful friendships, forge international connections, and immerse themselves in diverse cultures—broadening perspectives, sparking creativity, and unlocking boundless potential.
Beyond her leadership at Always You, Ondréa is a co-author of The Daring Diaries, a children’s book series inspired by her daughter’s journey. The first book, Crowning Destiny, celebrates inclusion, resilience, and empowerment, sharing the inspiring story of her daughter becoming Homecoming Queen—the first student with a disability to receive this honor at her school.
