A Personal Mission with Global Impact
As the Founder and CEO of Always You, I created this organization from my own personal journey. As an African American woman, raising my daughter—a young woman with a developmental disability—I experienced the harsh reality of navigating a system that, while offering resources, was often outdated, fragmented, and insufficient. Though choice is emphasized, true options remain inaccessible to many families.
As a single mother, I faced firsthand the confusion, frustration, and systemic barriers that families encounter in accessing critical services. Drawing from my background in government and policy advocacy, I realized that the changes my daughter and families like ours needed could only be achieved by creating the very programs and opportunities that were missing.
Always You was born out of this desire to ensure individuals like my daughter have access to tools, support, and opportunities that empower them to thrive. My experience instilled in me the purpose to serve and the vision to create innovative solutions that forge pathways and build lasting legacies of empowerment.

Holistic Solutions That Build Legacies
ImpactWorks: Workforce Readiness Program
Through ImpactWorks, participants gain certifications, entrepreneurial resources, and the confidence to pursue careers or self-employment. In partnership with the Community College of Beaver County (CCBC), school districts, and local businesses, we prepare individuals for long-term success through job shadowing, internships, and vocational training.
Empowering Families Through the Caregiver Academy
Caregivers are essential to individual success. Through the Caregiver Academy, we provide tools and training to support families in creating independence and stability for their loved ones. In 2025, we aim to reach 200 families with the resources they need to build resilience and foster economic security.
Breaking Barriers with Technology
Technology transforms lives. Our Technology Library provides adaptive tools and devices to bridge gaps in care and opportunity. In 2026, our groundbreaking LegacyLink platform will offer a comprehensive network of resources to empower individuals with disabilities to thrive in education, careers, and life.
